Customer Service Store Policies Complete customer satisfaction is our mission. Our goal is to pack and ship your order within two business days. We are an Authorized Dealer, which assures you that all our products are first line, brand new, and fully warranted by the respective manufacturer. If you have any problems with your order please contact us by email at our contact us page or anglersw@hotmail.com within 48 hrs of receiving your order. For Emergency service please contact us direct by phone at 317-462-0715 during business hours. All clearance item sales are final and we do not except or process international sales, no exceptions. Shipping will be provided by UPS or U.S. Postal Service. All merchandise orders over $100.00 and rod orders over $200.00 will receive FREE standard shipping. Excluding personal taste, any defective or damaged products must be reported within 48hrs of receipt of shipment. Issues post 48hrs, will be addressed by the manufactures and product specific warranties. All other request will be addressed on a case by case basis. Items that are to be returned, need to be unused or damaged with the original packaging and returned to store after notification to receive full credit return. Payment methods are provided by Paypal. We also except visa, MasterCard, and discovery. At this time we do not except personal or e-checks. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping, no C.O.D.
